01 / Scope of Work
All projects begin with a written brief. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before work starts. Changes outside that scope are quoted separately.
02 / Payment
A 50% deposit secures your slot on the schedule. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery. Retainer clients are billed at the start of each cycle.
03 / Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are billed at the standard hourly rate.
04 / Turnaround
Estimated timelines assume timely feedback. Delays in client feedback or asset delivery extend the timeline by an equivalent amount.
05 / Ownership & Licensing
Final commercial rights to delivered work transfer to the client upon full payment. Editswithabi retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
06 / Cancellation
Projects cancelled after work has begun forfeit the deposit. Work completed up to the cancellation point is billed at the standard rate.
07 / Liability
Editswithabi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant project.
